Jiyan Foundation signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Iraqi Ministry of Health

Erbil (January 15, 2023) – Jiyan Foundation for Human Rights and the Iraqi Ministry of Health have announced an agreement to expand ways of cooperation between the two parties so as to enhance mental health services in Iraq.

The Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) was signed between Jiyan Foundation for Human Rights, represented by Mr. Salah Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Iraqi Ministry of Health, represented by Dr. Imad Abdul Razzaq, the National Counselor for Mental Health, at the Ministry’s headquarters on January 15-2023.
